i guess i haven't really been on polyvore for months and it feels kind of repetitive to be saying this again but i don't think i'll be on polyvore for a while. to be completely honest, i think everyone's forgotten me haha (which is completely normal and understandable)
so i'm just making this set as a kind of update and also to let anyone know that i have missed everyone on here lots! whenever i log on i feel as if there is so much to catch up on and i can't keep up! aah
polyvore will always be a big part of my life and i just really need to sort my life out before i come back. school, of course, is stressful, and there's always other life issues and i'm quite busy with depop as well (i'm selling bits to save up for a macbook, and hopefully i'll be sewing or making some other crafty items as well soon) so yeah, between being tired all the time and being really anxious i don't really have time for polyvore at the moment /:
will always keep the polyvore community updated if anything exciting happens though ^-^
i wish there were post notifications on here though! that would be great haha

hi friends!! okay so i realized i haven't been on poly in over a month. time flies by so quickly haha. school, as always, is busy plus i've been filming and drawing more often
the thing i've been spending most time on, though, is depop!!!!! i opened a depop shop about two weeks ago! i'm not selling much right now, but i'm saving up for a new laptop & some software!! i'm also thinking of putting up a few sketches on my depop as well! here's the link: depop.com/tetrachris

hi friends, exams are next week for me and i have a video i need to finish editing for school but i'm procrastinating as always hehe. i really really like lostboycrow's new ep. it came out last week, it's called sigh for me. this song is one of my favourites and the lyrics to the chorus especially speak to me aah. you know when you listen to a song and you feel like the writer is talking to you? that's this song for me haha
it kind of reminds me of something i've been wanting to talk about for a while. i have so many dreams and aspirations in life that seem so big and unable to be accomplished and unrealistic and sometimes it seems like there are so many barriers and things that are holding me back. for a while, i've basically been trying a lot of different forms of art and i've found a lot of stuff is really expensive haha. good music & video editing software cost so much money and so does photoshop. i've gained so much respect for low-budget films and art aah
and i feel this pressure to get somewhere or to actually accomplish something or feel like i have stuff together? i don't know if any of what i'm saying makes sense but hmm. let's just say it gets hard to create without thinking that there is always better software or material out there that could intensify or better what i'm making. it's really easy for me to always want more and not appreciate what i have already lol.
moral of story i can and should make do with what i have, and i'll hopefully be updating you on my art. i have a few videos that i've been waiting to find time to post on youtube and i'm working on a really large photography + art / words type of book thing i'm going to try to put together for fun hehe. i guess the most important thing is to keep going and let the creativity flow and let it happen instead of stressing about software ;-;

hmm recently i've been slightly obsessed with this dancer called dytto. she's gorgeous and pretty much does otherworldly movements with her body. she danced to carousel by melanie martinez and she did a dance with fik-shun from sytycd.

this set is kind of interesting, i was playing around with a lot of winter-y items while i was trying to make this but they didn't work out bc there were so many colours all at once. so now it's mostly snowflakes .... and baby heads. i really like that the word 'joy' is in here though!!! bc that's kind of what Christmas reminds me of -- joy. and i think joy is something that you can never lose, whereas happiness is something that fluctuates, something you can lose easily. and being a Christian, my joy comes from Christ. that's why i love Christmas so much! joy 2 the world

hello. i kind of disappeared off of poly for a bit, sorry to all those i've been talking to and things. lately school has started and i've been finding it really hard to keep up with everyone's sets and stuff i've been tagged in and other accounts and everything. school is keeping me pretty busy so my checks on here will be pretty infrequent but i'll try to be on more (-:

hi guys, i'm going back to school in a few days and i'm not sure how to feel. summer went by so quickly. i went shopping three days ago and i picked up three CDs bc the local store was having a sale. i got pretty. odd. by p!atd, gossamer by passion pit and mgmt by mgmt.
the looks in this set are what i would wear to school if i didn't have to wear a uniform, band tees + ripped jeans are always a rad combo aha. yayy for the smiths. i did buy the shoes in the top right for school, though, they're the all black canvas vans old skools

hi guys, it feels so satisfying to finally finish a set, i haven't made a magazine set in ages wow. i was tagged by @cosmic-grace to do the set theme challenge and she gave everyone an arts movement theme and my theme was futurism!! i honestly don't know much about futurism haha but i googled it and i found aeropainting, which is a form of futurism (-:

hi all, this set is so late but here is my set for #thissetisme which is a super cool set challenge started by @we-are-the-kids-of-war-and-peace (-:
the challenge is to make a set with over forty items (this one is forty-seven items) that describe my interests in fashion and bands and other things!!
so in the top left hand corner i have a few pictures of artists and bands i like -- foxes, paramore and london grammar <3 there's a rock on hand hook, an xx x, an all time low shirt, pictures of josh dun and tyler joseph and the twenty-one pilots logo (i love them so much ahhhh). also, the cover art for joy division's unknown pleasures bc i was listening to their album while making this set hehe
the shoes in this set are the four shoes i wear the most irl -- my vans are my school shoes so they're pretty damaged, they have a few holes in them and they've turned brown bc of them sun so i might get a new pair soon, my nike air forces are my loves and i wear them all the time, my nike trainers aren't the exact ones in this set but they're black and white and similar to those, and my creepers are my absolute favourite shoes (((((-: they're really comfortable and the added height is really nice haha
and 90% of my pants are black lol, i love crewneck sweaters like the one in the bottom left corner and this backpack is the backpack of my dreams, i was planning to get it for school but i was looking at it online and i realized the measurements are a bit smaller than your usual backpack, so if anyone has seen any similar backpacks in any online stores please let me know?? thanks!! otherwise, i might find a plain black bag and just paint on the bones. oh and there's a camcorder in here, i really love my camcorder

hi guys, so i was tagged quite a while ago by @bosspresident to do the theme tag (i got tagged almost a month ago but i found it in my drafts and realized i didn't finish it, also it was in my remember hashtag oops). it's the tag where you're given a theme and have to make a set based on that theme. the theme given to me was bowling night. i don't usually go bowling haha but this is probably what i'd wear if i went, also there's a pretty cool looking bowling ball in here.

hi guys, how is everything?? i think i'm getting better at going through my activity and replying to messages now that i have summer break ahh. the lyrics in the title are from drown by tyler joseph, which is one of my favourite songs. it's one of his older songs, from his album no phun intended and i love it so so much <3 taken by sleep and blasphemy are really really beautiful as well
i was going to put text in this set but i fiddled around with so many words and positions and nothing looks quite right so i just decided to leave it as it is, hehe. i usually like to put text in sets and the more i look at this, the more i feel the need to add a quote somewhere?? but oh well... oh and pyper america and lucky b smith in this set!!!
these past few days i've just been walking around and chilling with friends, i spotted the newest nylon mag at a local bookstore and i've got my eye on it, hopefully i can buy it soon. also i got this banana and nutella crepe and it was so delicious mmmmm. next week i'm going to start volunteering at this camp for a few weeks and i hope it goes well!!!!! i do get community hours though so yay

on tuesday i went shopping and i got a basic black tee (it had a pocket and the sleeves were pre rolled though so BONUS) and some shorts, they're really comfortable and they have nice deep side pockets so your hands don't have to dangle at your sides awkwardly, and a pair of acid wash skinny jeans
i made a new instagram so hmu on there if you want, i'll check out your account, mine is @ 8hris (-: and since i'm promoting my instagram i'll just say my tumblr is space-mode so maybe hmu there too?? hehehehe thanks x

im back from camp yeeey. soo yea, this outfit is reeeally similar to what i wore today, a denim vest, leggings, black vans & a black tee. fun fact i was actually wearing the shirt in the top right hand corner, the one with the cat ((: london grammar is in this set & christian novelli aahh the feels!!
lots of ppl r so sad/angry/idk u ppl about polyvore drama & ppl leaving & whatever & reminiscing about old polyvore but hey change is not always a bad thing okay there r always bad thingz happening all around the world but u know there r lots of good n happy thingz 2 && i feel like there will always be/always was poly drama,, maybe it just didnt revolve around someone important to u or u.
also ppl r always leaving okay & thats their decision yo. but lots of ppl join 2 & hv a great time on poly & even create sets for themselves not for flipping likes or for other ppls approval or whatever. & i think thats what poly means to me, sometimes i find my worth in social media & u know just whatever just stupid stuff that means nothing rlly in the end its all nothing

hello everyone so i was tagged by the super cool @pastelblossom to the style tag & i had seen it around on polyvore & it seemed super fun (((:
this tag kind of inspired me to do a four week / month challenge thing where i will be posting sets that look like outfits from my actual closet for two weeks & then posting sets that i wish i was cool enough to wear for the next two weeks. i kind of want to do this bc i feel like ppl dont always show what they actually wear irl on poly & i just wanted to let viewers see stuff that asdfghjkl idk maN. but polyvore can also be a place where ppl express their inner style that maybe r too scared to show irl do u feel me soo yea during the last two weeks im going to b all daring and risk taking & probably use some brighter colours maybe. idk if ill even do this tbh bc i tend to be rlly bad at finishing things idkidkidk

so as u can see in the set i wear a lot of tie dye & i like to tie dye stuff too (: i own a lot a lot a lot of crewnecks & sweaters that i sometimes even wear in the summer but when it's cold out i like to pair them with collared shirts. i borrow some of my dads sweaters too bc he has the swaggiest clothes
i also have this thing for socks, i wear knee highs with shorts when it's too warm for long pants but too cold for just plain shorts or i wear them whenever i feel like it u know
sweatpants & sweatshirt shorts (idek if thats the name but wtev) r a given, must haves in my closet :D they r rlly comfy
alsoo,, i own a lot of bags. this fuzzy totoro one is soo cutee aaahh!! lately ive been using a v fuzzy panda backpack a lot; it's rlly nice & i get a lot of compliments on it haha. although my mom thinks i look like a little kid (hey i still am a little kid) when i wear it. other than that i have a lot of bags with drawstrings & zippers and yea
